MagnoskiPhotography Proposal for Hutton
Hutton completed the new Beck's Hybrids facility in Olivia, Minnesota this spring: a 96,000-square-foot building that houses sales support, a farm shop, a seed warehouse, cold storage, and the expanded research plots around it. Photography will cover the interiors, including the lobby, office area, training room, and seed warehouse, along with ground and aerial views of the building front, loading dock, full building, and surrounding test fields, from afternoon through twilight and again at sunrise.
Hutton is looking for about 15 final images, split between six to eight exteriors and six to eight interiors, for its website, social media, brochures, proposals, and a publication being finalized in December, with the same images licensed to Beck's. Because the building serves farmers, the images should show it working: a forklift moving pallets, a branded semi or farm equipment at the dock, and the activity of a facility in full operation.
The shoot begins mid-afternoon with interiors while the facility is active: the front lobby, office area, and training room, then the seed warehouse, where a forklift moving pallets and a view down the aisles show the scale of the space. If inventory is light, the warehouse is photographed wide and clean instead. Exteriors follow as the sun lowers, covering the building front, loading dock, and full building in its farmland setting, with a branded semi or farm equipment at the dock if Beck's can arrange it. A twilight return after close shows the building lit from within with a quieter lot. A sunrise drone session the next morning covers the building and surrounding test fields, and any remaining interiors are finished afterward. A single photographer works with Hutton's on-site contact throughout. Essentials covers Day 1 only.
